I believe technology should empower, not complicate, my core focus since 2016 has been Electronic Health Records (EHR) data management, evolving into full-scale infrastructure maintenance and critical deployments within the Zambian health sector by 2020. With a robust background as an IT Officer at the Institute for Health Measurement (IHM), I have spent the last several years at the forefront of Zambia’s digital health transformation. My work has been defined by the successful deployment and management of the SmartCare Electronic Health Record (EHR) system across the Southern Province, ensuring that critical health data remains accessible, secure, and reliable.

My expertise lies in orchestrating complex end-to-end system deployments, from the physical setup of Local Area Networks (LAN) and hardware installation to the sophisticated configuration of network protocols.

Beyond the technical hardware, I am a firm believer in human-centric IT. I have trained numerous healthcare professionals on new digital systems, identifying "system champions" within facilities to ensure long-term sustainability and user adoption.

My experience managing these large-scale legacy systems in the health sector is what now drives my passion for building modern, AI-integrated solutions that are both resilient and user-friendly.
